Television commercials are accepted in the following formats:
-    HD
-    SD 4x3
-    SD 16x9
Commercials can be submitted via FTP or via tape on Sony HD or BETA SP. Please see TV Submission for further information.

Submitting a television spot

Questions and communication regarding TV commercial submission can be directed to whiotraffic@cmgohio.com.
Please submit commercials via our FTP site, or on Sony HD or BETA SP tape. Contact your Media Consultant for FTP site access.

PSA Submission

TV Public Service announcements can be submitted via BETA SP or Sony HD tape.
All PSAs should be received no later than one to two weeks prior to the start of the campaign.
PSA tapes can be submitted to:

Deadlines

Deadline for commercial submission is 12:00pm the day prior to airing (Friday at 10:00am for Saturday/Sunday starts).
